Our Founder
Meet Mrs. LaRhonda Ballard, our Chief Executive Office and Owner. She was inspired to create a woman-led security firm, but her father, a renowned and well-known security services leader and business owner in the Chicagoland area. She began her career in law enforcement in 2000 protecting and serving as a Cook County Deputy for 14 years. She was also an executive at Page Security, Inc. for nearly 20 years, helping to administratively oversee large-scale local and federal contracts for entities such as: Chicago Housing Authority, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Wintrust Arena, and the Chicago Public Libraries, to name a few. She also holds a certificate in law enforcement, a conceal and carry permit, and passed the Sergeant exam at the county level in 2007. With a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, she understands the importance of training and education in security services.
